FORDÍTÁSOK
A kialakult helyzet következtében szeretnénk felhívni a figyelmeteket néhány változásra a fordítási igénylések benyújtásával kapcsolatban.
Határozatlan ideig CSAK elektronikus formában (email-en keresztül) érkezett dokmentumokat áll módunkban fogadni.
Az emailben, kérünk benneteket, tüntessétek fel:
-az igénylő nevét
–email címét
-NEPTUN kódját
-a fordítandó dokumentumot nyelvét, számát és típusát
A dokumentumokat szkennelve kérjük csatolni.
Az emaileket a szteehokkb@gmail.com –ra várjuk.
Fordításokat csak az egyetemen belüli ügyintézéshez végzünk.
Lejárt dokumentumokat/igazolványokat nem áll módunkban lefordítani.
TRANSLATIONS
Due to the current situation, we would like to call your attention to the changes regarding the requests of document translations.
We only accept documents for translation in electronic form (through email) for an indefinite period.
Please enclose the following information in your email:
–the name of the person requesting the translation
–his/her email address
–his/her Neptun code
–the language, number and type of the documents to be translated (e.g. 4 passport – Serbian)
Please attach the documents in scanned form.
Send the email with the attached documents to the following email address: szteehokkb@gmail.com
The translated documents can only be used for administrative reasons within the university.
We cannot accept invalid documents.
